In past, he has worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank & Royal Bank of Scotland. He is also a Senior Partner in Jitendra K Jain & Associates LLP. He is also Managing Committee Member of VCCI & has been speaker on various public platforms of FGI, IFI, SGCCI, etc. He is the founder Director of the company.
Swati Jain
A MBA in marketing & administration having experience of more than 7 years is looking after the marketing department in TFPL. She is the founder Director of the company.

CA Rachit Shah
A Chartered Accountant by Profession, he is having experience of more than 9 Years in Taxation & Regulatory implications. He is also a Partner in Jitendra K Jain & Associates LLP. He is also having 4 Years of experience in Concurrent Audit and Stock audit of various Nationalized as well as Cooperative Banks. He advises clients on various matters related to Transfer Pricing, GST, and TDS & Direct Taxation.
Hozefa Malek
A Post Graduation in Finance and Business Administration & Certified Management Accountant (IMA US) having an experience of 7 years in Management Consulting, Budgets & Internal Control Systems. He takes care of the CFO division.
Mohammadali Tinwala
He is an Inter CA and Postgraduate in Finance and Accounts having 4 years’ Experience. His Expertise includes Implementation of Systems and ERPs across departments of various companies.
Atufa Jariwala
Atufa comes with a 4 years rich experience in Accounts and Finance. A Postgraduate in Finance and Accounts, she takes care of the Accounts Outsourcing Department at Tapanshi.
CA Vira Varvariya
Vira has more than 3 years+ in internal audit, Financial analysis, System audit & Advisory services. He works as a CFO in many companies. In Past, he was associated with K.C Mehta & Company.He also has experience in Internal and Statutory Audit of Government Organizations such as Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals, etc.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is having an experience of more than one year in Direct tax and Indirect tax related works. He is having an experience in System Audit and Statutory Audits of Co-operative and Nationalized banks.
